To restore your subscription in the app, please follow these steps:
- Open the app and navigate to the subscriptions screen.
- Look for a "Restore" button option on the subscriptions screen.
- Tap on the "Restore" button to retrieve your subscription.
- Make sure you are signed in with the same account that you used to purchase the subscription.
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, please reach out to our support team via email@example.com and provide us with a screenshot of your app profile where we can see your app email. Additionally, if you have the purchase invoice from the App Store or Google Play with the GPA number, please send that as well. These details will help us investigate and assist you more effectively.
