To regain access using your Google/Apple ID, please follow these steps:
1. On the initial screen, click Continue.
2. Click Get Started.
3. Click Continue. 
4. Click Continue. 
5. Tap the Restore or Restore Purchase button in the upper-right corner. This will re-sync your Google/Apple ID with our system.

6. Make sure you are signed in with the same account that you used to purchase the subscription.
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, please reach out to our support team via support@vocalimage.app and provide us with a screenshot of your app profile where we can see your app email. Additionally, if you have the purchase invoice from the App Store or Google Play with the GPA number, please send that as well. These details will help us investigate and assist you more effectively.
