When you successfully activate your membership, you should find yourself able to access the full Vocal Image content.
If that's not the case and you are still seeing the premium label on the content, please try a few of these troubleshooting steps to gain access:
- Make sure that you are logging in using the correct email address.
- Try one of our additional login options, such as logging in through Google or Apple ID.
- If you've recently purchased a membership, try logging out and logging back into your Vocal Image account.
