It's possible that you were logged out after a recent automatic update. To regain access, please try the following steps:
- Please try logging in to your app account using the same credentials you used when you originally purchased the subscription. In most cases, your subscription should automatically be recognized and restored.
- If you're still unable to access your account, please go to the subscription screen and look for a "Restore" button. Tapping on this button should restore your subscription.
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, we kindly request that you provide us with a screenshot of your profile page where your email address is visible and Google Play invoice (with the GPA number) or App Store invoice related to your previous subscription purchase. This will help us further investigate the problem and assist you more effectively.
